Terms of Service
Last updated: October 25, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of thinkgrowthagency.com and the free materials and services offered by ThinkGrowth Agency LLC (“ThinkGrowth,” “we,” “us”). By using this site or booking a call, you agree to these terms.
Use of the site
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when booking a call. We may refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion, including when information provided appears inaccurate.
Free ad campaign, landing page and website
When you book a call and attend it, we provide sample ad creative, video scripts, a landing page and a website built for your school at no cost. Once you attend the call, you may use these materials for your school whether or not you work with us. We may choose not to build materials for a booking at our discretion.
28-day free period
If we both agree to work together, we provide our services for 28 days without a service fee, starting on the day you decide to work with us. You are responsible for your own advertising spend, which you pay directly to the advertising platform (for example, Meta). There is no contract; either party may stop at any time. Continuing after the 28 days is subject to a separate agreement and pricing.
No guarantee of results
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, budget and how your team follows up with leads. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, trial classes, members or revenue.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, design and logos, belongs to ThinkGrowth and may not be copied without permission. Demo materials shown on this site (including the fictional “Ironside Martial Arts”) are examples only.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThinkGrowth is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our free materials. The site and free materials are provided “as is.”
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed.
